What you will do
- Conduct daily outbound activities including emails, chats, and cold calling to senior executives.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and discovery meetings to pitching and closing.
- Maintain accurate customer data and sales information within the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and research teams to deliver tailored value propositions to new and existing users.
- Focus on securing renewals, upselling, and cross-selling to drive long-term business growth.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in a sales-focused role, preferably within the maritime, shipping, or commodities market.
- Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS or data solutions sales.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and necessary local business languages.
- Proactive 'hunter' mentality with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from Jakarta, Indonesia.
