Location: Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Conduct daily outbound activities including emails, chats, and cold calling to senior executives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and discovery meetings to pitching and closing.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and sales information within the internal CRM system.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and research teams to deliver tailored value propositions to new and existing users.
  • Focus on securing renewals, upselling, and cross-selling to drive long-term business growth.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in a sales-focused role, preferably within the maritime, shipping, or commodities market.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS or data solutions sales.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and necessary local business languages.
  • Proactive 'hunter' mentality with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Jakarta, Indonesia.
