What you will do

• Architect and build scalable, distributed full-stack systems capable of handling millions of transactions.
• Lead design discussions and oversee technical delivery for key product modules.
• Create reusable UI components and frameworks to improve development consistency and speed.
• Ensure system reliability, observability, and security through best practices.
• Mentor engineering team members and conduct rigorous design and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in full-stack, backend, or frontend leadership roles.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, EmberJS, Ruby on Rails, and Java.
• Deep understanding of system design (HLD/LLD) and architectural trade-offs.
• Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and caching strategies.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and engineering mentorship.
• Deep understanding of browser internals, rendering pipelines, and performance tuning.
