What you will do

• Develop complex features using Next.js and NodeJS.
• Implement comprehensive security measures at application and infrastructure levels.
• Enforce coding best practices and perform rigorous testing to ensure scalability.
• Integrate analytics and A/B testing tools to optimize user experience.
• Research and integrate AI-driven solutions to streamline development and product functionality.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-impact technical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience with Next.js (v15.x).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with NodeJS frameworks like NestJS, Fastify, or Hono.
• Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL, ORMs like Prisma or Drizzle, and caching strategies using Redis.
• Full proficiency with Docker for containerization and management.
• Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.
• Strong product mindset and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests with Jest or Playwright.
