What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable web architectures and APIs using Next.js and TypeScript.
• Lead a product engineering squad, managing technical execution, workflow, and deployment cycles.
• Integrate and develop advanced AI-powered product features and workflows.
• Architect real-time data flows and caching systems using Redis.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while conducting thorough code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, data, and AI engineers to deliver high-quality features.

Requirements

• Location: Must be located within ±4 hours of CET.
• Strong professional experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Significant experience with Redis and real-time system architecture.
• Proven track record of building and integrating AI-powered tools or features.
• Solid understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Experience leading engineering squads and conducting code reviews.
