What you will do

• Own initiatives from idea to production including design, implementation, testing, release, and iteration
• Develop and evolve features across the developer tooling ecosystem, including hirify.globalInsight
• Think like a product owner to improve product and developer experience
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers
• Lead technical initiatives and align the team around clear solutions
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from architecture to deployment and monitoring
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development and improve workflows

Requirements

• Must be located in Bulgaria or able to work hybrid from Bulgaria
• 6+ years of experience building and shipping production software
• Strong skills in frontend and backend development with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Ability to design scalable software with maintainable architecture
• Product mindset and experience leading initiatives to completion
• Comfort owning the entire software development lifecycle
