What you will do
- Develop complex full-stack features using Next.js and Node.js frameworks.
- Implement and optimize Agile methodologies including sprint planning and delivery oversight.
- Ensure code quality, testing, caching, and performance monitoring for scalable applications.
- Design and implement security measures at application, infrastructure, and data levels.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver clean and secure solutions.
Requirements
- Must be located within ±4 hours of CET timezone for optimal collaboration.
- At least 2 years commercial experience with Next.js and Node.js frameworks.
- Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL/Supabase and ORM tools like Prisma or Drizzle.
- Experience with caching strategies (Redis), Docker, background workers, and message queues.
- Proven skills in building secure systems protecting against common vulnerabilities.
- Good communication skills and product mindset with accountability for feature ownership.
Nice to have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with monorepo tools like Turborepo or Nx.
- Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest or Playwright.
