What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a product management team focused on SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Set the roadmap and strategy to deliver on traffic objectives and key results for organic and AI search visibility.
- Define strategy for content pipelines that improve discoverability and helpfulness for users across various search surfaces.
- Partner with engineering teams to implement technical web improvements, including structured data, rendering patterns, and internal linking.
- Establish a rigorous experimentation cadence, leveraging learnings to build repeatable playbooks for organic growth.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, growth product, or related roles.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO/GEO fundamentals including rendering/SSR, structured data, and content quality signals.
- Proven track record of delivering growth-impacting outcomes in content or platform experiences.
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams on technical web concepts and experimentation frameworks.
