What you will do

• Own and evolve the internal enablement platform and productivity tooling.
• Modernize CI/CD stacks to support scalable, self-service delivery capabilities.
• Automate software delivery workflows to increase engineering autonomy.
• Integrate AI-augmented and agentic development practices into the delivery platform.
• Reduce friction and improve feedback loops for product engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, or SRE roles.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and scaling CI/CD platforms in large-scale environments.
• Proven track record of building reusable automation frameworks and delivery workflows.
• Solid understanding of containerized delivery processes.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Madrid or willing to relocate.

Nice to have

• Experience with specific modern CI/CD orchestration tools.
• Background in agentic engineering or AI-assisted development tools.
