What You’ll Do:

We are currently hiring several Senior Infrastructure Engineers to join our Infrastructure organization. As the platform continues to scale, we are expanding multiple teams responsible for different parts of the infrastructure stack. Depending on the team you join, your responsibilities may include:

• Design, build, and operate large-scale cloud infrastructure running on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Manage and scale distributed systems and data platforms , ensuring reliability and performance in production.
• Develop infrastructure automation and internal platform tooling to improve operational workflows and developer experience.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to support production readiness and infrastructure design for new services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation across multiple environments.
• Improve observability and monitoring , working with logs, metrics, and tracing systems.
• Troubleshoot complex production incidents and contribute to post-incident improvements.
• Participate in an on-call rotation supporting platform stability.
• Contribute to infrastructure architecture and platform evolution as the system scales.

Core Tech Stack: Golang, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, distributed databases (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, OpenSearch), observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, Sentry, Quickwit, OpenTelemetry), modern CI/CD tooling (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Temporal), Langfuse, Vault.

What You Have :

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems , troubleshooting, and performance analysis in production environments.
• Hands-on experience working with Kubernetes and containerized workloads in production.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and modern Infrastructure as Code practices (Terraform or similar).
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and high-availability architectures.
• Experience with at least one programming language, such as Go (preferred), Python, or similar , used for automation or infrastructure tooling.
• Experience working with CI/CD systems, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills , especially in complex production environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and communicate technical topics clearly.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• Good level of English — at least Upper-intermediate (B2).

Nice-to-Haves:

• Background in software development.
• Experience operating distributed databases or data platforms (ClickHouse — preferred , PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, etc.).
• Experience building internal developer platforms or infrastructure tooling.
• Familiarity with observability systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, or OpenTelemetry.
• Experience contributing to open-source infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with high-throughput data systems or large-scale production environments.
• Interest in modern infrastructure tooling, automation, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
• Fluency in Russian.
