DevSecOps Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Integrate security tools (SAST/DAST, secret detection) into CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement policy-as-code governance and define operational guardrails.
• Architect and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Manage containerized workloads using Helm and ArgoCD for GitOps workflows.
• Align delivery processes with security frameworks like SOC2 and ISO 27001.
• Mentor team members on secure coding and infrastructure best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Deep expertise in AWS ecosystem including EKS, ECS, Lambda, and IAM.
• Strong proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Advanced scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Must be located within the listed European countries.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP or Azure.
• Familiarity with policy-as-code engines like OPA or Kyverno.
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies like Istio or Linkerd.
• AWS Certification (Solutions Architect or Security Specialty).
