Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities
— Develop and manage compensation structures and benefits programs
— Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and market analysis
— Support HRBP team and managers on C&B topics
— Approve job offers, salary changes, and internal movements
— Ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations
— Manage vendors and optimize benefits costs
Requirements
— Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Finance
— 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits
— Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
— Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HRIS systems
— Experience in multinational environments is a plus
— English B2+
