Location: Hybrid in Limassol

What you will do

  • Manage P&C operational processes, administration, and compliance with labour regulations.
  • Administer Exelsys HCM, troubleshoot systems, and generate reports for decision-making.
  • Support employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation, contracts, and offboarding.
  • Assist with payroll preparation, benefits coordination, and collaboration with finance.
  • Ensure policy compliance, conduct audits, and recommend improvements based on regulations.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration or related; HR certification (CIPD) a plus.
  • 2-4 years in HR operations or administration in multinational organisation.
  • Strong HR systems experience, especially Exelsys HCM.
  • Understanding of employment law and labour regulations.
  • Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR tools.
