What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams across the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• Champion user-centered design principles to ensure accessible and inclusive product experiences.
• Translate complex property discovery and transaction systems into scalable, easy-to-use interfaces.
• Facilitate ideation sessions and conduct user interviews to derive actionable design opportunities.
• Continuously test, measure, and iterate on designs to improve usability and efficiency.
• Contribute to the broader design culture by participating in reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Experienced as a Product, UX/UI, or Interaction Designer in an agile environment, ideally for B2C platforms.
• Strong skills in concept and interaction design with experience in building or maintaining design systems.
• Proficient in English and German as both languages are essential for user testing with German customers.
• Enthusiasm for user-centered design and active participation in usability testing.
• Ability to break down complex system requirements into intuitive, functional, and visually appealing interfaces.
• Comfortable seeking early-stage feedback to ensure the best solution for complex product challenges.
