Marketing Intern

TL;DR

Marketing Intern (SaaS): Supporting the marketing team across social media, events, CRM, analytics, and market research, with an accent on operationalization and performance tracking. Focus on extracting actionable insights and supporting competitive analysis in the Creator Economy space.

Location: Remote. Core hours within European time (9am-6pm).

What you will do

• Support the management of hirify.global's social media presence, including content scheduling and community engagement.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events.
• Support the management of contact lists, segmentation, and campaign execution in HubSpot.
• Assist in tracking and reporting marketing KPIs across channels, supporting the team in building dashboards and extracting actionable insights.
• Support competitive analysis, industry benchmarking, and research on trends in the Creator Economy space.

Requirements

• Recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• English fluency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Dynamic, agile, and flexible, comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset, takes initiative and follows through.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools and LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and how they're reshaping marketing workflows.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and SEO Tools, Meta and Linkedin.
• Previous experience or strong interest in the Creator Economy or influencer marketing space.
• Experience with content creation or copywriting.
