What you will do
- Design and implement AI-powered internal tools, such as automated PR reviewers and AI-assisted debugging agents.
- Build and maintain a "Golden Path" for development, ensuring starting a new service is a one-click experience.
- Evaluate, integrate, and build advanced CLI tools, IDE plugins, and internal portals to streamline daily workflows.
- Define and track "Developer Joy" metrics (DORA metrics, build times, and developer sentiment) to identify and destroy bottlenecks.
- Act as a bridge between platform and product teams, teaching best practices and ensuring the tools you build are actually loved and used.
Requirements
- Experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex) or integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into internal workflows.
- Proficient in languages like Go, Python, or TypeScript, and comfortable with cloud-native tech (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform).
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code.
- Treat "The Developer" as your customer. Care about UX, even if that UI is a terminal or a config file.
