Location: Based at our riverside headquarters in Oxford, hybrid options are available. Applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Work with project leadership to define and manage project scope within budget and timelines.
• Plan, track, and maintain project milestones and deliverables for clear visibility of progress.
• Monitor day-to-day project operations, identify risks, and help teams resolve them.
• Coordinate work across disciplines and external partners to ensure alignment.
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting on project status for senior stakeholders.
• Support final development stages, including bug tracking and release preparation.

Requirements

• Significant experience in a production role within the games industry.
• Proven experience coordinating development teams across multiple disciplines.
• Strong track record of planning, scheduling, and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent understanding of the video game development lifecycle and production pipelines.
• Experience working with project management and tracking tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
