Production Manager (VFX)

What you will do

• Collaborate with producers and supervisors to develop asset and shot block schedules across all disciplines.
• Guide and direct line producers and coordinators following internal best practices.
• Manage vendor liaisons for technical and creative issues to ensure workflows remain on schedule.
• Prepare vendor bidding packages and contribute to weekly cost reporting and budget analysis.
• Support junior production crew, providing training identification and ongoing feedback.
• Act as the primary point of contact and leader in the producer's absence.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in film or episodic production managing shows with 200+ shots.
• Strong working knowledge of complex visual effects pipelines, scheduling, and terminology.
• Demonstrated experience in line producing and sequence scheduling.
• Advanced proficiency in Shotgrid.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Must be available for hybrid on-site work in London, UK.
