TL;DR

Producer (Gamedev): Overseeing the successful creative production and financial health of trailer, animation, and in-game content projects with an accent on client relations, budget management, and scheduling. Focus on leading complex production workflows, from live-action shoots to CG cinematics, while ensuring high-quality creative delivery.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK (Hybrid: 2 days per week in the Holborn office).

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal creative/production teams.
• Plan and oversee all stages of production to ensure projects meet creative specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage budgets and schedules to ensure project benchmarks and profit margins are achieved.
• Lead diverse production workflows including live-action shoots, CG animation, and in-game cinematics.
• Build and nurture client relationships while actively identifying new project opportunities.
• Source and procure freelance talent and facilities for specialized production requirements.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of experience in production, project management, or account handling within an agency or production company.
• Broad professional experience in production, post-production, animation, or the video game environment.
• Proven ability in client-facing roles with strong negotiation and handling skills.
• Experience managing live-action shoots.
• Demonstrated ability to manage CG/in-engine cinematics, trailers, and gameplay content production.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and excellent attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Background in game development, specifically in cutscene or intro/outro creation.
• Experience with trailer versioning.
• Deep interest in the gaming and entertainment industry.
