Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK. Role is Hybrid (required 2 days on-site per week).

What you will do

• Oversee sequence and discipline schedules to ensure project-wide alignment.
• Collaborate with coordinators to maintain efficient project operations.
• Work with supervisors on crewing, casting, and work assignments.
• Mentor and provide training for junior members of the production team.
• Maintain weekly progress synopses and track task requirements.
• Liaise between internal teams and third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Experience operating at a Line Producer level within the VFX industry.
• Proficiency in scheduling complex sequences across the VFX pipeline.
• Proven ability to manage artists and production coordinators.
• Expertise in using Shotgrid for production tracking.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset.
