What you will do

• Act as a subject-matter expert (SME) on FX trading and RFQ workflows.
• Work with surveillance, compliance, and technology teams to enhance trade surveillance controls.
• Perform detailed data analysis using SQL to support alert tuning and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams working on time-series database platforms.
• Manage tasks independently and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide user stories.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of FX trading products and workflows.
• In-depth understanding of RFQ trading mechanisms.
• Solid knowledge of Trade Surveillance controls and market-abuse patterns.
• Hands-on SQL expertise required.
• Experience working with time-series databases (OneTick or KDB) is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with technical and business teams.
