Market Revenue Specialist (Fintech): Leading the coordination of market wholesale revenue strategies by transforming complex energy market data into actionable financial models and operational frameworks. Location: Remote, PST and MST preferred, CST and EST candidates considered. Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategies and processes for participation in wholesale electricity markets and state/utility-run programs.
• Build and manage financial revenue models, prepare monthly accruals, forecasts, and reconciliations.
• Engage with external stakeholders such as state regulators and program administrators.
• Develop short- and mid-term market strategies to achieve growth in customer base and revenue.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with internal teams to achieve growth and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Have 2+ years of experience in wholesale energy markets, energy economics, energy trading, or energy management.
• Are familiar with recent trends in Demand Response and Distributed Energy Resources and programs.
• Are detail oriented and possess strong analytical, data, and financial modeling skills.
• Love optimizing market strategies, continuously improving operations, and streamlining complex processes.
• Are hands-on and like to take ownership of complex work processes.
• Experience working in remote or hybrid environments across time zones.
• Hold a degree in business/finance, energy economics, engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with the California ISO and California state agencies (CEC/CPUC).
