What you will do

• Manage customer inquiries via chat and other channels, providing quick and high-quality responses.
• Handle complaints, provide solutions, and follow up within agreed time frames.
• Contribute to improving the team’s efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness.
• Follow company communication guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Build positive relationships with customers through clear and professional communication.
• Act responsibly in relation to gambling concerns, following Responsible Gambling procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience in customer support, sales, gaming, or online business is an advantage.
• The right service attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for helping others.
