TL;DR

Location: US Remote

Salary: $151,000 - $321,800 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive pricing and monetization strategies.
  • Partner with executive leadership to understand and influence key financial and strategic objectives.
  • Drive the growth of the Pricing & Monetization function, including team development.
  • Work backwards from customer experience to build programs that align customer value with pricing.
  • Lead the development of reusable and agile pricing playbooks that can be implemented globally.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for visualizing pricing metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in analytical or business operations roles.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience with Front and Back-office software.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in quote to cash processes and transformation.
  • Strong relationship building skills with proven ability to influence across business units.
  • 4 Year / Bachelors degree or relevant experience in business or operations.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience leading strategy.
  • MBA/Masters.
