What you will do

• Collaborate with Lead Curator to expand Sofar’s brand and promote events locally.
• Develop and execute event strategies including show themes and locations.
• Curate and book diverse artists and venues, ensuring high-quality experiences.
• Manage event staffing, quality, and financial performance.
• Build relationships with local businesses and organizations for sponsorships and co-promotion.
• Support global teams with partnership opportunities and event operations.

Requirements

• Must be local to Amsterdam market for onsite event curation and promotion.
• 3-5 years experience in live event curation, production, and promotions.
• Experience selling event sponsorships or marketing activations.
• Strong local network and cultural fluency in the city.
• Excellent communication, time management, and autonomous work skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to manage event financials and partnerships.
