Salary: €56,000 - €70,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute 3-year sourcing strategies for key packaging categories.
• Build, manage, and develop a reliable global supplier base.
• Guide negotiations and secure contracts balancing cost, quality, and ethical standards.
• Manage daily operations and progress major improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Operations, Finance, and Project Management to deliver NPD and manage risks.
• Explore spend data, benchmark the market, and build savings pipelines.

Requirements

• Relevant procurement experience, ideally in packaging for food or beverage.
• Proactive problem-solver who loves building structures.
• Strong in budgeting, cost reflection, and PPV management.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable juggling tight deadlines.
• Self-assured and articulate negotiator.
• Believe wholeheartedly in Tony’s purpose and live the core values.
