What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SharePoint Online migrations including preparation, scoping, execution, and validation.
• Advise on technical engineering decisions and information architecture aligned with global M365 governance.
• Troubleshoot complex migration issues such as permissions, metadata conflicts, and sync behaviors.
• Develop Power Automate flows for reporting and automation.
• Engage with business users to provide guidance and hands-on support for smooth migration.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Amsterdam or able to work onsite
• Deep technical expertise in SharePoint Online and M365 governance.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SharePoint migrations in multi-country environments.
