What you will do

• Review and prepare commercial proposals across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with pricing policies, revenue guidelines, and internal approval processes.
• Partner with Sales teams to evaluate complex or non-standard deal scenarios, helping structure agreements that balance revenue growth, margin protection, and operational scalability.
• Work closely with Legal, Finance, and leadership teams to ensure non-standard terms and conditions are reviewed, documented, and approved according to internal governance standards.
• Validate ARR, multi-year contract values, and pricing calculations to ensure accuracy before final approval.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve Deal Desk workflows, automate ARR calculations, and enhance reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical role, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (both required).
• Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills, with the ability to analyze and validate commercial data.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying is considered an advantage.
