What you will do
- Architect and implement Salesforce solutions with custom objects, flows, and validation rules.
- Design and manage Data Cloud data streams and identity resolution rules to unify GTM data.
- Own and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring reliable data sync.
- Manage a sprint backlog, scope, and prioritize work with RevOps leadership.
- Communicate proactively on blockers, design decisions, and trade-offs.
Requirements
- 7+ years as a Salesforce Administrator or GTM Systems hirify.globaler.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow, custom object modeling, and platform event-driven architecture.
- Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Proven ability to build and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party platforms.
- Strong communication skills with clear updates on design decisions and risks.
Nice to have
- Demonstrated experience configuring and deploying Agentforce.
- Agentforce experience - building agents, configuring topics, actions, and grounding data sources.
- Salesforce certifications: Advanced Administrator, Data Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Specialist.
- Familiarity with Asana for backlog management and sprint planning.
