What you will do

• Design and implement data ingestion and integration processes to unify customer data from multiple platforms into Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Develop and maintain identity resolution and account unification rules to create accurate customer profiles and golden records.
• Build scalable pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and environment promotion while ensuring data quality and governance.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business teams to enable data-driven insights and improve customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and enterprise CRM implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems such as Azure, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
