What you will do
- Champion the voice of the UK beauty consumer and shopper across all business levels.
- Lead the integration of consumer, market, and shopper insights into strategic planning and execution.
- Translate complex data into powerful, insightled narratives that influence decisionmaking.
- Support category range insights to drive commercial decisions.
- Lead agency relationships, ensuring bestinclass research delivery aligned to business needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering high-impact insights in a fastpaced, data-rich environment.
- Experience working on strategic research projects end to end including questionnaire design.
- Strong expertise in market and shopper data (e.g. Nielsen, Kantar, Boots Ad Card, Dunnhumby).
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect insights across multiple data sources.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
