What you will do

• Oversee and manage the team responsible for hirify.global’s web presence.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive website strategy and roadmap for newrelic.com aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align web strategy with broader marketing and business initiatives.
• Analyze user behavior, website analytics, and conversion data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Drive CRO program to create optimization roadmaps and lead A/B testing and user experience research to improve site performance.
• Oversee the technical architecture, platform selection, and technology stack, monitoring and reporting on key website metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 7-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using web analytics platforms.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and project management experience.
• Experience leading web application development teams to deliver against KPIs at scale and documented experience planning roadmaps for B2B websites.
• Solid understanding of CSS, Git and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience planning and managing against concrete business performance objectives in a product-led software business and fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Expertise in full-stack development experience and strong expertise in Drupal 9/10 development.
• Familiarity with Figma, Tailwind CSS, Eleventy, and/or Svelte JS.
• Familiarity working at enterprise scale across several tech stacks and partner teams.
• Experience in technical mentorship and support for helping level-up the skills of colleagues on the team.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
