What you will do

• Partner with VP and Director-level leaders to translate business goals into hiring plans.
• Build and deliver candidate generation strategies reflecting market shifts and diversity goals.
• Design inclusive, data-driven hiring processes to improve quality and reduce bias.
• Lead programmatic hiring initiatives to accelerate recruitment at scale.
• Advise leaders on market positioning and talent competition strategies.
• Coach and mentor recruiters and interviewers to develop strong hiring capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting senior roles in corporate services within global or high-growth tech environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders with data and insight.
