What you will do

- Design inclusive, data-driven hiring processes to improve quality and reduce bias.
- Lead programmatic hiring initiatives to accelerate recruitment at scale.
- Advise leaders on market positioning and talent competition strategies.
- Coach and mentor recruiters and interviewers to develop strong hiring capabilities.
Requirements
- Location: Amsterdam or London
- Experience recruiting senior roles in corporate services within global or high-growth tech environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders with data and insight.
