What you will do

• Conduct requirement engineering by interviewing client-facing teams and translating business needs into technical user stories.
• Document and optimize lead and customer lifecycle processes.
• Manage integrator communication and track development progress against roadmap.
• Define and execute user acceptance testing to ensure alignment with Salesforce strategy.
• Establish data governance standards including naming conventions and validation rules during migration.
• Maintain documentation and train employees on new Salesforce automations.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as Salesforce or RevOps Analyst
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or Administrator
• Proven experience migrating from various CRMs to Salesforce
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in English
