TL;DR

Project Manager (Fintech): Leading customer onboarding projects to ensure successful implementation of financial crime solutions with an accent on managing expectations and proactively resolving issues. Location: Must be located in St. John’s or Toronto and work in a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office.

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding projects.
• Plan, manage, and deliver onboarding projects by defining scope, milestones, and timelines.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to manage expectations and identify risks.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to improve processes and delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role working with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear, confident communicator who can work effectively with technical and operational teams.
• A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Nice to have

• Project management certification or formal training
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a regulated industry
• Familiarity working in fast‑growing, evolving environments
