What you will do
- Build and maintain Python-based automation services to eliminate manual operational efforts at scale
- Develop monitoring and proactive ticketing systems for certificate stores and token management
- Automate phishing email handling workflows integrating Outlook reports with ServiceNow
- Identify platform gaps and implement automated notifications for software license management
- Collaborate within a cross-functional Agile development team
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Slovakia or able to work hybrid in Bratislava
- 5+ years Python experience with API integration and strong CS fundamentals
- 4+ years in production deployments of automated workflows or backend integrations
- 2+ years experience with Azure cloud and identity management
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices and data quality testing
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent
Nice to have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
- ServiceNow API integration and workflow automation experience
