What you will do

• Assist product teams in integrating the JavaScript payment SDK into their frontend applications.
• Monitor and answer technical questions via support channels to guide teams through integration best practices.
• Reproduce and debug integration issues across the JavaScript SDK, Golang backend API, and internal CRM.
• Validate and improve technical documentation to ensure it matches current system behavior.
• Act as the voice of integrators internally, feeding real-world feedback back to engineering and product teams.
• Configure payment flows and settings within the internal CRM tool.

Requirements

• Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript and frontend integrations.
• Ability to read and understand backend APIs including REST, JSON, and authentication flows.
• Proven experience working with frontend SDKs or third-party APIs.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly to internal and external teams.
• Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET time zone.
• High ownership mindset with a focus on production-ready integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, or checkout flows.
• Experience with React or Next.js.
• Familiarity with Golang APIs.
• Previous experience in a Solutions or Integration Engineer role.
