What you will do

• Translate ambiguous business and technical requirements into structured engineering plans and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Lead delivery of complex programs including roadmaps, risk mitigation, and sequencing across globally distributed teams.
• Communicate program health, risks, and outcomes clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with service owners to balance reliability, feature delivery, and cost optimization.
• Facilitate delivery cadences and drive accountability through workshops, retrospectives, and decision forums.
• Capture and socialize lessons learned to improve planning and operational rigor.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or related technical roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience working closely with Operations, SRE, or Platform Engineering teams.
• Strong ability to decompose ambiguity into structured workstreams and drive complex cross-team programs.
• Exceptional communication skills for engineering and executive audiences.
• Experience operating in agile environments with distributed teams and proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience leading enterprise-scale modernization or migration programs.
• Background in software engineering, architecture, or data engineering.
• Industry certifications such as PMP, Scrum, Agile, or SAFe.
• Experience with observability tools like Splunk, Datadog, CloudWatch, and CI/CD tooling.
