What you will do

• Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and high quality.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders aligned with product and business goals.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining delivery momentum and quality.
• Partner closely with multi-functional teams to resolve dependencies and keep initiatives on track.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans in response to unexpected changes.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and deliver clear presentations and updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a Project Manager in software/tech environment
• English: excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Proven experience managing software projects with multiple R&D teams
• Strong Agile delivery knowledge with PSM or CSM certification required
• Hands-on experience with Jira for planning, tracking, and reporting
• Willingness and ability to travel 2–4 times per year

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming or Sports Betting industry
• PMP certification
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams
• Technical background
• Product Management background or close collaboration with Product teams
