Front Office XVA Quant (XVA)

What you will do

• Design and implement pricing and risk libraries across asset classes and use cases.
• Build pricing, risk-management, and market-making tools for trading desks.
• Enhance and maintain quantitative frameworks and software tools.
• Develop robust testing for quantitative libraries and applications.
• Prepare mathematical and technical documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Partner with Trading, Sales, and Risk teams.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a Front Office Quantitative team, particularly in XVA, Rates, or Hybrids.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or another quantitative discipline.
• English required; Spanish preferred.
• Strong programming skills in Python and C++.
• Knowledge of fixed income derivatives, options pricing theory, quantitative modeling, and probability theory.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• MSc and/or PhD in a quantitative discipline.
• Experience with hybrid products and advanced quantitative frameworks.
