Location: Madrid, Heathrow. Hybrid work model: 2 days/week in the office in Madrid

What you will do

• Lead project/program delivery across multiple projects and complex programs.
• Streamline delivery processes and improve client needs understanding.
• Manage governance structures and develop program-level plans.
• Drive alignment with hirify.global delivery standards and strategic direction.
• Lead joint planning efforts and ensure consistent use of management processes.
• Provide leaders with clear updates on project and client status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• 10–15 years of project and program management experience.
• Expert-level executive presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and supporting virtual, distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Airline or aviation industry domain knowledge.
• Experience in management consulting, software vendor environments, and/or the travel industry.
