What you will do

• Maintain and deliver estates to enable operations and service availability.
• Engage with key customers to improve customer experience and manage escalations.
• Coordinate project delivery alongside technical leads and wider project teams.
• Own requests for new projects from proposal through transition to in-life service operations.
• Support pipeline development and assess workforce impact of projects.

Requirements

• Must have DV Security Clearance and 10+ years UK residency.
• Experience delivering complex projects with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to resolve complex problems and lead high-performing teams.
• Understanding of contractual commitments and delivery timescales.
• Experience managing short, medium, and long-term project timeframes.
• Onsite work required Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
