What you will do

• Lead a team of Full-stack Platform Engineers by setting technical direction and architectural standards.
• Design and oversee the China-specific CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) solution.
• Integrate China-compatible identity providers (e.g., Authing, Alibaba IDaaS) with global architecture.
• Define architectural strategy through Architectural Decision Records (ADRs).
• Oversee cloud-native infrastructure on Microsoft Azure (21Vianet) and Alibaba Cloud.
• Ensure compliance with Chinese data residency and privacy regulations.

Requirements

• Must be based in China
• Fluent in English and native/fluent in Mandarin
• Expertise in Kubernetes and cloud architecture.
• Strong experience with CIAM concepts and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Azure or Alibaba Cloud environments.
• Ability to bridge local and global technical strategies.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications: AZ-305, AZ-500, CKA, or Alibaba Cloud certifications.
• Experience with C#/.NET and React frontend architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD design and observability tools like Prometheus/Grafana.
