Solutions Architect (System Integrator)

TL;DR

Solutions Architect (System Integrator): Providing technical solutions for security and identity products, leading production deployments, and troubleshooting issues in customer environments with an accent on Active Directory, Azure AD, and cloud technologies. Focus on deployment design, technical assistance during deployment, and resolving configuration issues for enterprise security solutions.

Location: Hybrid work model, must be based in Israel (Tel Aviv). Requires working onsite three days per week and remotely the remaining days.

What you will do

• Provide technical solutions to meet customer’s business and technical goals.
• Lead the technical aspect of production deployments, including design, technical assistance, and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot Windows Server OS and Active Directory issues that may arise during deployment.
• Provide technical support for customers after deployment completion.
• Convey and document technical requirements to and from customers, and provide feedback to engineering.
• Maintain expert knowledge of hirify.global products and emerging technology trends.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in Active Directory from a system integration vendor or enterprise IT organization.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Experience with Linux (Ubuntu & Red Hat) and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Awareness of identity, access management, and infosec product landscapes.
• Proven Customer Facing orientation.
• Fluent Hebrew and English required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Must be based in Israel.
• Willingness and ability to travel abroad.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Office 365.
• Experience in Kafka, and some exposure to Apache Flink.
