What you will do
- Provide expert technical support across tickets, chat, and community forums.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues related to hirify.global workflows, integrations, and performance.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to escalate and resolve critical product bugs.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, FAQs, and internal troubleshooting playbooks.
- Identify systemic product issues and propose enhancements to improve user experience and reliability.
- Contribute to the broader developer community by sharing best practices and answering technical queries.
Requirements
- Must be based in Europe.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical support or customer-facing engineering.
- Strong proficiency in debugging APIs, webhooks, authentication flows, and networking fundamentals.
- Solid experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and containerized environments like Docker.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production environments and drive systemic improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, or Airflow.
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana, Datadog, or Prometheus.
- Knowledge of authentication protocols including OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and JWT.
