What you will do

• Investigate and resolve moderately complex software issues for global customers.
• Identify, confirm, and document product bugs.
• Reproduce customer-reported issues within dedicated test environments.
• Advise customers on product usage and configuration best practices.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
• Contribute to internal support processes and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in a similar support role.
• Solid understanding of client/server architecture and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
