What you will do

• Develop software solutions for institutional clients to trade interest rate financial instruments.
• Design and implement systems for managing trading risk, positions, and PNL.
• Integrate AI technologies into existing trading workflows to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with global counterparts in trading, sales, and strategy teams.
• Manage the full software development life-cycle and provide L3 application support.
• Conduct code and design reviews to maintain system quality and reliability.

Requirements

• STEM degree.
• Strong programming experience in Java or Python.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance-oriented design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Over 7 years of experience in Java and Python.
• Experience with AWS cloud migrations.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with messaging middleware such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Background in developing and testing distributed systems.
