Scala Developer: Integrating new travel content suppliers into the client’s existing product, focusing on the integration with Amadeus, a global travel technology provider. Focus on containerization technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift, network security to enhance project integrity and collaborating in agile methodologies.

Location: Remote. Bulgaria, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Poland and multiple cities.

What you will do

• Demonstrate competence in containerization technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Apply experience in network security to enhance project integrity.
• Work collaboratively in agile methodologies, contributing to the efficient development and delivery of projects.
• Responsible for tasks related to the integration with Amadeus, a global travel technology provider.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Scala.
• Hands-on commercial experience with the ZIO framework.
• Proficiency in one or more leading cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Experience with Redis for caching and data storage.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and workflows.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with MySQL DB.
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• Experience working with Docker.
• Experience with Terraform.
• Experience with GitHub Actions.
• Basic knowledge of Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Python.
