TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (LegalTech): Managing and scaling US market product initiatives for an AI-native legal platform with an accent on bridging cross-continental engineering workflows and legal user needs. Focus on driving product discovery, optimizing marketplace channels, and translating complex US legal requirements into high-fidelity product features.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from London

Salary: £105,000 – £140,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary bridge between US commercial interests and the London-based Product/AI teams.
  • Drive the integration of US legal workflows into the proprietary Lawrence AI engine.
  • Scale US marketplace channels while developing a long-term US product strategy.
  • Lead end-to-end product discovery and delivery in close collaboration with engineering and design.
  • Conduct customer interviews, synthesize feedback, and lead prioritization workshops.
  • Collaborate with leadership on defining the product vision, roadmap, and business priorities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience building products specifically for the US market.
  • Strong technical product mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact products in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Experience leading product discovery and delivery end-to-end.
  • Deep understanding of modern product development practices and analytical tools.
