What you will do

• Manage trade bookings, blotter maintenance, and lifecycle events to ensure process accuracy.
• Oversee position management and investigate P&L inquiries within internal systems.
• Handle FX and futures rolls, expiries, and cash balance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Valuation teams to align system data with portfolio models.
• Develop automation and tooling to reduce operational risk and process gaps.
• Prepare risk and attribution reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting Portfolio Managers or Traders in a financial environment.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, trade lifecycles, and P&L impact.
• Expertise in financial products including fixed income, FX, futures, forwards, swaps, and options.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with VBA and macros.
• Solid experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
