Java Team Lead

Position: Java Team Lead.

 Location: Petah Tikva. Ability to work on-site at least 4 days per week during the first 3 months, then hybrid (2+ days per week in office).
 
 We are looking for a Java Team Lead with a strong technical background and proven leadership experience to join our growing company in Petah Tikva.
 The right candidate will manage a distributed team of developers, making sure we deliver high-quality SaaS platforms and hybrid solutions. This role requires both hands-on technical work and people skills to guide the team and work closely with the product team.
 
 Responsibilities:
 - Lead a development team of remote engineers.
 - Manage the design and delivery of SaaS platforms and hybrid solutions.
 - Make sure projects meet timelines, estimates, and quality standards.
 - Work with the product team to align technical and business goals.
 - Mentor middle and senior developers and help them grow.
 - Keep the team productive and focused on teamwork.
 - Take part in code reviews and architecture decisions.
 - Use Agile methods to deliver projects.

 Requirements:
 - 7+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
 - 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead.
 - Strong knowledge of the Spring framework.
 - Experience designing and building cloud-based solutions.
 - Experience with AWS, cloud-native architecture, and microservices.
 - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Kafka.
 - Ability to work on-site at least 4 days per week during the first 3 months, then hybrid (2+ days per week in office).
 - Russian and English communication skills, Hebrew proficiency is a plus.
